Semiautomatic Pallet Stretch Wrapper with Power Pre-Stretch and Top Pressing Plate

 

Advantage Machinery offers various packaging solution including automatic stretch wrappers to help with protection of finished goods.

The PSW-TP is a heavy duty machine suitable for high volumen production applications.  It is controlled by a state of the art PLC will allow user to expect efficiency and consistency in every wrap.  The power pre-stretch causes an automatic stretching of the film that allow up to 35% better efficiency on the raw materials.  The top pressing plate holds down the pallet in order to maximize the shipping dimensions and to create stability during the wrapping cycle.

Some of the machine features are:

  • Independent programming for number of wraps on top and bottom pallet.
  • Speed control for turnable and film carriage.
  • Sensor to detect pallet height.
  • Can come with optional features such as:
    • Loading ramp
    • Scale
    • Extended mast height: 110" (102" max. wrapping height)
    • Bigger turn table diameters available: 65", 78 3/4"
