Ultra High Speed Continuous Motion Side Sealer
 
 
 
The Advantage Machinery Servo Series is a line of continuous motion side sealers manufactured using the lastest technology available.  The machines are controlled with 6 servo motors to ensure accuracy and speed.  The infeed conveyor automatically spaces the product and feeds it into the sealing conveyor, where the product is side seal continuously.  The product then continues onto the takeaway conveyor and is cross sealed.  The cross seal is synchronized with the transfer seal belt, creating a continuous motion, the product never stops.  The continuous motion ensures a stable product transfer and avoids product slipping as it will never stop throughout the entire sealing process.  The back and forth of the box motion are also controlled with a servo motor.  This machine allows for a variety of products to be packaged, including very long and variable lenght products.  The machine is easy to change over and operate and comes equipped with a 25.5" belted infeed conveyor which feeds a 50" long lug infeed.

  • Model T-400: Includes a 25 1/2" belted infeed conveyor which feeds a 50" long lug infeed.
  • Model T-550: Includes a 21 1/2" belted infeed conveyor which feeds a 55" long lug infeed.
  • Automatic product spacing.
  • Easy interfacing for fully automatic operation. 
  • Touch screen control with preset memory for different jobs.
  • Machine includes heavy duty castors for easy movement.
  • Quick change over without the need of tools.
  • Rotary levers and engraved rulers to facilitate main adjustments.
  • Horizontal and vertical sensors for the packaging of different products.
  • Automatic waste removal system.
  • Solid teflon coated sealing knife make a consistent seal and are long lasting.
  • Can be used with existing tunnels or you can choose from our wide selection.
  • Can come with optional features such as:
    • 3 ft Smart infeed conveyor
    • Stainless steel construction including exterior wash down
