Economic Shrink Packaging Machine

 

The 600 Series packaging machines are semiautomatic L-Bar sealers that come in a wide range of sizes for all your packaging needs. The product is fed manually with the film and the operator presses pulls the sealing bar down.  The sealing bars are held down by a timer activated magnetic devise and the film is sealed.  An automatic conveyor transports the sealed product into the shrink tunnel which allows the operator to have the next product ready for sealing. 

 

The machine features are:

  • Teflon coated solid sealing blade and cutting system for a strong seal and smokeless operation.
  • Easy to adjust conveyor belt height.
  • Easy to install and operate.
  • Can come with optional features such as:
    • Lower film carriage and inverting head
    • Roller infeed conveyor and roller drop down sealing conveyor
