Double Wire Inserting and Closing Machine

The Advantage Machinery DW-CL is a semiautomatic double wire binding machine. The machine is commonly used for agendas, books, calendars and promotional items. The machine has a heavy duty design and is easy to use.

The DW-CL feeds the double wire either from spool or directly from the forming machine. The machine counts the desired loops and cuts them to size. The wire is then transported onto a feeding table, which the operator places the pre-perforated sheets onto the wire. The Sheets and binding elements are then transported to the closing section where the double wire is evenly closed. The finished product then comes out through a transport belt.
