Automatic Cutting Machine

 

The Advantage Machinery Model Auto Cut is an automatic cutting machine that can be used for cutting exercise books, composition books, note pads, check books, filler paper and much more. The machine can come as a standalone model that is fed either manually or automatically, depending on the product. The machine can also be adopted to function in line with existing machinery in order to get a completely automatic process.

Some of the machine features are:

  • 2 meter long manual feeding table with position for 1 operator on each side.
  • Back spine pressing unit.
  • Frontal cutting unit.
  • Side cutting section with 5 adjustable knives for 4, 3 and 2 up production.
  • Delivery table for counted groups.
  • Corner cutting section with 8 blades.
  • Can come with optional features such as:
    • Corner rounding
    • Book inverter
    • Side exit (to connect an inline sealer)
